ACTS of Love

Time Left

5 days

This Christmas, we want you to join us in brightening the future for teen-parents and their babies. At ACTS of Love, we provide free ealry childhood care to teen-parent families. No other child care resources existed specifically for teen-parents in our community, and many teen-moms had no option but to drop out of high school. In response to this need, and with the dream of seeing more teen-moms graduate from high school, we created ACTS of Love Early Childhood Education Center. Our goal is to provide a safe and loving environment, free of judgement, for babies and parents to grow, learn, and explore. Our parents are able to complete high school while we provide their children with quality and individualized early childhood education. The families we serve are our greatest inspiration. Our parents have overcome unimaginable obstacles, but strive to build a positive future for their family. These young families will shape our world tomorrow, so they should receive the best we can offer today.

This Christmas, you can support ACTS of Love by purchasing one of our "Sponsor A Child" Ornaments. Each onrament includes the name of a baby, mom, or dad enrolled at ACTS of Love. We ask that you pray over them and their family this Christmas. There are three levels of giving: Sponsor a Child for a Day ($50), Sponsor a Child for a Week ($350), Sponsor a Child for a Month ($1,500). All funds raised will direcetly support the ACTS of Love program and help our center and families flourish in 2018.

Big Changes

The future looks bright! In 2018, we hope to serve more teen-parent families, create a summer play-date program to help keep our families engaged during summer break, and we expect to see four of our moms graduate from high school!

ACTS of Love is an ongoing program and we are always looking for ways to better meet the needs of the families we serve. Here is a glimpse of what we have planned for 2018:

Spring of 2018: Welcome new families to the ACTS of Love program and celebrate with four of our teen-moms as they graduate from High School.

Summer 2018: Begin weekly play-dates to keep our families active and engaged over the summer.

Fall 2018: Begin our fourth school year at ACTS of Love and welcome new families to our program.
